Proofs disappear from inboxes; in Sigilia they stay attached to the case file. Every PDF is signed by OneSpan, carries a QR code to the public verification page, and keeps its immutable SHA-256 fingerprint. Download them at any time, for any case, with no daily cap.
Rebilling the tax to the client needs a clear audit trail from payment to case file. Every payment carries a unique reference in the format SIG-YYYY-XXXXXXXXX, which appears on the proof, the invoice and the bank statement. The CSV export (UTF-8 with BOM, Excel-compatible) lists date, payer, court, legal basis (OUG 80/2013), tax, commission and total.
