SSigilia
FOR BAILIFFS AND NOTARIES.

Pay the tax for the client. In the firm's name.

Pay the judicial stamp tax for the documents you draft on a client's request. The receipt is in the firm's name, the invoice keeps the tax and the service fee as separate lines, and the payment is rebillable at cost.

USE CASES.

When you pay through Sigilia.

Garnishment validation, requests for enforcement authorisation, notarial deeds that require a judicial stamp tax. You compute the amount under OUG 80/2013, pay the relevant treasury, and attach the PDF receipt to the file.

CAPABILITIES.

Four things that matter for a firm.

Pay on behalf of the client.

A BEJ or notarial office pays the tax at the client's request, but the firm stays on as the issuer of the deed. Sigilia records the client as the payer on the receipt, keeps the firm as the issuer, and includes every field required by OUG 80/2013: parties, court, legal basis, amount, date. The receipt slots into the client's case file without exposing the firm's internal payment infrastructure.

Rebill at cost.

The tax paid to the treasury has to be rebilled to the client at the exact amount, while the firm's commission stays on the firm's books. Sigilia issues a single ANAF-compliant invoice per payment, with two separate lines: the tax at cost and the service fee. You rebill the tax line at face value, and the commission stays a deductible expense, with no separate reconciliation.

Verifiable receipt.

The clerk wants to confirm the receipt is genuine without asking for any further supporting documents. The PDF carries a QR code in the corner that links to a public verification URL, showing the fields tied to the payment: payer, legal basis, date, amount, SHA-256 fingerprint. Verification needs no login and has no rate limit; a scan replaces an email thread per case.

Multi-user account.

Firms with several colleagues need a central account that tracks who paid for what. Sigilia keeps a hierarchical account: the partner sees all activity, each colleague sees their own files, and every payment carries the author's identity in the firm's history. New colleagues start with read-only access, escalated by the partner; when a colleague leaves, the history stays with the firm.

TRANSPARENT PRICING.

Published commission. No surprises.

The Sigilia commission is computed from the tax amount and listed line by line on the pricing page. For firms with steady volume, we assign an account manager and a direct incident line.
