SSigilia
FOR BAILIFFS AND NOTARIES.

Pay the tax for the client. In the firm's name.

Pay the judicial stamp tax for the documents you draft on a client's request. The receipt is in the firm's name, the invoice keeps the tax and the service fee as separate lines, and the payment is rebillable at cost.

USE CASES.

When you pay through Sigilia.

Garnishment validation, requests for enforcement authorisation, notarial deeds that require a judicial stamp tax. You compute the amount under OUG 80/2013, pay the relevant treasury, and attach the PDF receipt to the file.

CAPABILITIES.

Four things that matter for a firm.

Pay on behalf of the client.

Enter the client's details as the payer; the firm remains the issuer of the deed. The receipt carries a unique reference, the exact tax amount, and the destination court.

Rebill at cost.

Sigilia issues a separate invoice for each payment, with the treasury tax line and the service fee marked distinctly. You rebill the tax at the exact amount and keep the fee as a deductible expense.

Verifiable receipt.

The PDF includes a QR code linking to a public verification page. The clerk scans the code and confirms authenticity in seconds, with no follow-up requests for supporting documents.

Multi-user account.

For firms with multiple staff, a central account with payment history per case file. Each colleague sees their own files; the partner sees everything.

TRANSPARENT PRICING.

Published commission. No surprises.

The Sigilia commission is computed from the tax amount and listed line by line on the pricing page. For firms with steady volume, we assign an account manager and a direct incident line.
