The proof appears in the system within seconds of bank confirmation. The reference is unique. The OneSpan electronic signature is verified with one click. No manual re-entry, no follow-up for supporting documents.
Every event in the life of a payment is recorded with a SHA-256 fingerprint, a UTC timestamp, the payer's identity and the destination court. The public /verify page exposes exactly the fields the clerk sees in the internal system. The log survives untouched for the ten years required by Romanian financial-accounting law, with no rewrite and no gaps.
Bank confirmation reaches us within seconds of the payer's 3DS2 challenge. The case file's state is composed from timestamped events, so it stays consistent regardless of the order in which bank notifications arrive. The clerk waits for no end-of-day reconciliation and asks for no stamped copy.
We expose a REST API and automated notifications for every confirmed payment. The data schema is built against the ECRIS interoperability specification, with a sandbox populated with synthetic data, so no production access is needed to evaluate. Court IT teams integrate at their own pace, with no externally imposed deadline.
The calculation base, the national gross minimum wage, is updated every January by Government decision. Sigilia recomputes the brackets on the server, and the public calculator always uses the values in force. The court no longer maintains a local copy of the tariffs and instead consults the same source as every other user.
Sigilia uses the ECRIS Atlas API to file the proof automatically on the case record. We cover all 15 courts of appeal and more than 100 local courts. Support for the specialised tribunals is on the roadmap for the next quarter.
